Promotional period:
Valid for all purchases in participating Galeria stores between May 27, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
Here's how to customize your trolley:
1: Purchase BUZZ: Buy a model from the BUZZ collection during the promotional period (27.05.2026 – 31.08.2026) at your participating Galeria store and keep the receipt safe.
2: Digitize your proof of purchase: Photograph or scan your original receipt. It is important that the retailer's name, date of purchase, and the BUZZ model are clearly legible.
3: Select your desired color & send an email: Send an email with the subject "BUZZ Customization" to info@stratic.de.
Please include the following in your email:
• Your full delivery address
• The purchase date of your BUZZ
• Your desired color for the additional double wheel set
• Your receipt as an attachment
4: Receive a style upgrade: After a successful review, we will send your personalized double wheel set to your home free of charge. Changing it takes just a few simple steps – the tool for this is already in your BUZZ trolley.
Terms and Conditions
1. Company: The organizer of this customization campaign is Stratic International GmbH, Heinkelstraße 20, 30827 Garbsen, Germany.
2. Eligibility: Eligible participants are end consumers residing in the EU who have purchased a new "BUZZ" series trolley from the Stratic brand at a participating specialist retailer during the campaign period from May 27, 2026, up to and including August 31, 2026.
3. Exclusion: Commercial resellers and employees of the organizer are excluded from participation. A maximum of one (1) free wheel set will be issued per proof of purchase and per suitcase.
4. Process and Deadlines: The wheel set must be requested by email to info@stratic.de. The final deadline for submitting the email is September 15, 2026.
5. Color Availability: The selection of wheel colors is subject to availability and while supplies last.
6. Processing: The wheel set will be delivered free of charge by post to the address provided within the EU. Cash payment or exchange is excluded.
7. Data Protection: Your personal data will be used exclusively for the implementation and processing of this special campaign and will be deleted in compliance with data protection regulations after the expiry of the statutory retention periods.
8. Final Provisions: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
