Changing suitcase wheels yourself – step-by-step guide
Wheels are wear and tear parts and will wear out over time – this is normal and not a warranty case. The good news: with modern Stratic suitcases, the wheels can be easily replaced yourself.
Here's how to proceed:
- Open the zipper on the inner lining of the suitcase
- Loosen the fastening screws of the wheels
- Pull off the old, defective wheel from the outside
- Insert the new wheel and reattach the screws in reverse order
Recommendation: Always replace all wheels at the same time. This is the only way to avoid a height difference between the wheels and resulting uneven wear.
