Are worn rollers covered by warranty?

No. Casters are considered wearing parts and are excluded from warranty coverage – even within the warranty period. However, you can easily replace the casters yourself or have them replaced by our repair service.

How do I replace the wheels on my Stratic suitcase?

Open the case lining, loosen the fastening screws, pull off the old roller, and install the new one. Refer to the instructions above for detailed steps.

How much does a repair cost at an authorized Stratic service center?
