If your suitcase is damaged – whether through wear and tear or damage in transit – you have several options:
Directly with the manufacturer (recommended): for a professional repair with the right spare parts, the manufacturer is the best place to go. At STRATIC you can order spare parts for self-repair or have your suitcase professionally repaired via our customer service.
Via the airline: if your luggage was damaged on a flight, the airline is usually liable. Report the damage directly at the airport or within the statutory deadlines.

Are worn wheels covered by the warranty?
No. Wheels are considered wear parts and are excluded from the warranty – even within the warranty period. However, you can easily replace the wheels yourself or have them replaced via the repair service.
How do I replace the wheels on my Stratic suitcase?
Open the suitcase's inner lining, loosen the fixing screws, pull off the old wheel and fit the new one. You will find detailed steps in the instructions above.
How much does a repair at an authorised Stratic workshop cost?
Costs are calculated individually once the repair has been carried out. Payment is made on collection from the specialist retailer.
